So bought this based on previous reviews on its heating capabilities.. was hoping to write something positive but sadly it is a poor heater, seems to blow more cold than hot even on the highest heat setting, after 3 hours the room went from 14 to 15 degrees so had little effect. Could barely heat a small bedroom. I usually buy dyson but the price for this seemed better. Not a total loss as can still use in summer as a fan. Would not recommend if you want a heater. I now need to guy and buy an appliance that does function properly as a heater.
Not as good as expected. Does not work so much as a heater then as a warmer. If more then 2 feet from the unit the air coming out feels cold even when set to 37 deg. Does not heat a room but might knock the chill off of it. A bit disappointed with it.

This is a great fan, fairly quiet, easy to use, heats & cools a large room quickly. I like the remote-control feature.
